Ship the M1 review loop: a comment made in a cloud-backed page is stored centrally, and a local agent can pull it into a conversation and reply.

Risks
The anchor model must survive artifact revisions; quote selectors are the mitigation. The agent channel must lose nothing across restarts; durable cursors are the mitigation.
